Yes we operate on an appointment only basis here at the Boutique to ensure that you get the best possible experience. We sometimes have same day appointments available – call or email us to enquire.

All appointments require 72hrs notice for cancellation, we have a cancellation charge of £25, you need to provide your card details to book, you will be charged only if you cancel less than 72hrs notice or do not show to your appointment.

Our first bridal appointments for trying on and selecting your dream dress normally last around two hours.

If you need longer then this can be arranged, but please bear in mind that we may be busy at weekends so a longer appointment may not be available.

We know how important it is that you have the important people around you to help you to choose your dream dress, and we are happy to accommodate up to 3 guests to accompany you on your appointment. We recommend bringing people whose opinions you value most, your dress should reflect you and your style, we are all different and have different styles.

We do allow children in the boutique as we pride ourselves on being friendly and inclusive. Please note that any children brought to your appointment will need to be supervised at all times. If you can arrange cover we do find this helps you focus on finding your dream dress without any distractions.

We recommend that you bring (or wear!) comfortable pale coloured underwear to your appointment – a strapless bra is handy but not essential.

We have a wide range of accessories available for you to try on but if you have something special (like your something old, something borrowed or something blue!) then you are welcome to bring them to your appointment.

We do ask that you wear a minimal amount of makeup so that we can protect the condition of our dresses for future brides to try on.

We have a range of designs in the boutique available to try on in sizes 8-18.

The majority of our dresses are available to order in all sizes from 0-36 (on selected styles).

We welcome brides of all shapes and sizes in store where we will do a personal consultation to find the right style for you.

The majority of our wedding dresses take approximately 6-8 months to arrive in the boutique once they have been ordered.

We recommend that you start looking at least one year before your wedding date so that there is suitable time for fittings and alterations that need to be made.

If you are working to a shorter time scale then do get in touch and we can discuss the styles that we may be able to ordered on a rush delivery.

We also have a range of sample dresses in store that are available immediately.

We work very closely with our  recommended seamstresses who we are happy to connect you with for any alterations.

We do provide a storage service, Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Our dresses range in price from less than £1000 to a maximum of £3000.

It is a really good idea to have an idea of budget ahead of your appointment so that we can help you with finding the perfect dress.

We stock a lovely selection of wedding dresses available to buy on the day, these range in dress sizes, colours up to £1200.00.
